Dallas Braden Has The Best Batting Stance Ever
Posted on | March 30, 2010 | 12 Comments
Will a National League team please trade for Dallas Braden? We need to see more of “The Erectus.”
Can you believe Braden struck out twice looking to Big Z with a stance that menacing? Only in spring training, eh?
I’d love to embed the video, but the MLB hates fun.
Also, someone inform the batting stance guy.

I love the one where he is looking at the ump. I call this stance “Thank you sir, may I have another”

That’s funny that it was refferred to as the ‘erectus’. First thing that popped into my head was ‘look at that penis stance’.

I was wondering why Braden flinches slightly from The Erectus in the second picture, until I noticed Z was bringing 66(!) mph heat.

He looks like your 6th grade english teacher who stepped up to plate in the annual kids vs teachers Elementary School game. And she doesn’t know where to stand or what to do.
Maybe she hit a bomb leading the teachers to victory and a young Dallas thought, “I wanna hit like Ms Cvetusa.”
